Check your Balance

You can check your balance at any time.

To check your balance using your GT Mobile in the UK, either:

Enter *131# (or 94#), press send, and your balance will shown on your GT Mobile screen; or.
Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance.

To check your balance while you are abroad:

Dial +447973101321 and listen to your balance.

Use your GT Mobile abroad Roaming

Get started

You can get started with GT Mobile by following these easy steps:

Insert your GT Mobile SIM Card in your mobile and switch it on.
You can now make & receive calls and SMS from your GT Mobile.

Choose your own language

You can select the language to be used for your GT Mobile Voicemail and Top up service. To select your preferred language:

Dial 321(or 92#)
Select the 'Settings' menu.
Select the 'Change Language' option.
Select your preferred language

Access your voicemail

Your GT Mobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated. Using your GT Mobile Voicemail you can:

Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance.
Personalise your voicemail settings
Select the preferred language for GT Mobile to use
Set you voicemail access code to access voicemail from other phones

Dial 121 (or 91#)

Using Voicemail from another Phone or When you are Abroad

Once you have set up a Voicemail access code by using your GT Mobile to call the mail voicemail menu following the instructions, you can check your voicemail from another phone in the UK or when abroad.

To access your voicemail from another phone or from abroad:

Dial +447973101121.
Follow the instructions to enter your GT Mobile number.
Follow the instructions to enter your Voicemail access code.
Dial +447973101121.

View your GT Mobile number

You can view your GT Mobile number on your mobile screen. To have your GT Mobile number displayed:,

Dial *132# or (97#)

Top-up your Balance

You can buy GT Mobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel To top up your balance using your GT Mobile in the UK, either:

Enter *131*PIN#, press send, or
Dial 321 (or 92#) and follow the instructions.

To top up your balance from another phone, or while you are abroad:

Dial, by dialling +447973101321 and following the instructions.
